Trans Youth Group is a safe place for youth 18 and under who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid, gender non-conforming or gender questioning to come together

In this meetup, the youth will socialize with each other in a supportive and welcoming environment in which they can learn how to engage with others as the gender they feel most comfortable with.

Dutchess Pride will be at Big Gay Hudson Valley’s Pride in the Sky at the Walkway Over the Hudson to kick off the 2024 Pride Season!

There will be rainbow bridge lighting and rainbow costume decor!

We will be one of almost two dozen organizations tabling at this amazing nighttime festival over the Hudson River!

Teen Meetup is a social and support meetup for LGBTQ+ teens and allies, ages 13-18.

In this meetup, teens will support each other as they navigate what it means to be an LGBTQ+ teen in a safe and welcoming environment. Teens can address issues that all teenagers deal with, as well as those specific to identifying as LGBTQ+.

Join us at Dutchess County’s FIRST SOBER BAR for Out & Proud Around Town! Meet and socialize with other queer adults in an alcohol-free nightlife environment in the heart of downtown Poughkeepsie. Light snacks will be provided, with a full menu of delicious mocktails available for purchase. We’ll see you there!

The Proud Parent Group is a support group for parents of LGBTQ+ children of any age. 

In this group, parents will have the opportunity to connect with other parents of LGBTQ+ children.  Group members support each other as they learn how to best accept and support their LGBTQ+ children.

Come on down to the intersection of Main Street and N/S Bridge Streets in Poughkeepsie to help us Paint Poughkeepsie Pride! Our annual crosswalk painting gets the street festive and ready for the Poughkeepsie Pride Parade happening the next Saturday.

The first Saturday of every month, Trans Closet of the Hudson Valley offers open drop-in hours for any individuals in need of gender-affirming clothing or supplies, without question or cost.

We’re happy to bring Poughkeepsie Pride back for its 6th year! The parade line-up starts at 11:00am on Market Street in the City of Poughkeepsie between the Eastbound Arterial and Main Street. Step-off is at Noon, and follows Main Street down to John M. Flowers Circle at Victor C. Waryas Park, where the Pride Festival will be in full swing! The festival will feature dozens of local restaurants, creatives, entrepreneurs, companies, and more!
