Wellness Wednesday is held on the Fourth Wednesday of Every Month from 7 - 8pm at:

Dutchess County Pride Center | 766 Main Street | Poughkeepsie

What Happens:

• Every month will have a different focus to help you learn how to manage your thoughts and feelings.

• Highlighting accessible paths to wellness through a mix of psychoeducation, experiential activities, and resource sharing.

• Opportunities for you to connect with local advocates and mental health providers.

• Explore different ways to engage in personal and community wellness.
